1. CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you wish to change an order already confirmed by us, you should contact us without delay: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will let you know if the change is possible and any applicable changes to the charges, the timing of delivery or anything else necessary as a result of the requested change.
If you find the armband is not the right fit for you, please email us at: email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your armband (where possible).
If you are returning an order for any reason, other than those that are faulty, or there is an error by Love My Libre, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
3. HOW TO SEND A RETURN
If you have requested a refund, this will normally be processed within 24 hours of us receiving your return. We will notify you by email to confirm that we have started the process for making a refund payment to you.
We reserve the right to inspect products being returned and to make appropriate adjustments for significant wear and tear or damage.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges Regulations 2013) you have the right to cancel any order placed (including if you have changed your mind about an order) within 14 days of receiving the order. We reserve the right to inspect any product prior to issuing any refund. Amounts refunded will depend on the condition of the product when inspected by us and will be at our sole discretion. You have the right to a refund for an order placed online where you notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days in which to return the product/order to us. All refunds and exchanges are subject to our acceptance of the return of the contents of the order.
If on delivery you find that products are defective or damaged, you must notify us of the defect within 14 days of the date of delivery, or within a reasonable period of time of discovery if the defect /damage was not readily apparent. We may ask you to return the product to us. Any refund is subject to our assessment of the product when received back by us.
If we send you an incorrect product, you must notify us as soon as you discover the mistake and within a reasonable period of time. We may ask you to return the product to us.
All products returned should be sent back with proof of purchase, or order reference, with the original packaging unless damaged or defective.
Refunds that are accepted by us will be processed and paid within 7 days, using the original payment details and method.
5. OUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from our website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the website. We shall not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the website.
We may suspend the supply of a product in the certain circumstances at our sole discretion.
We may change products available to reflect changes in relevant laws, technical and regulatory requirements.

If you are not satisfied with any order placed via the website, you should contact us directly, by email to email@example.com, without delay. We shall endeavour to resolve the matter without the need for further recourse.
