The standard delivery service we use is Royal Mail and their associated partners for International Post.
Expected delivery times:
Standard delivery is Royal Mail 48 hour tracked delivery and may take 2-4 working days and is not guaranteed. See here for details of this Royal Mail service.
Royal Mail 24 HR tracked delivery is an additional charge. The service may take 1-2 working days and is not guaranteed. See here for details of this Royal Mail service.
Europe: 4-15 working days
USA and Canada: 6-15 working days
Australia and New Zealand: 7-15 working days

Delivery in the UK (mainland) is free using Royal Mail second class standard service. Please note, on occasion we may use other carriers at our sole discretion.
Love My Libre offers Royal Mail Tracked 24 elivery service at an additional cost to the customer.
Royal Mail delivery services are not guaranteed next-day or guaranteed delivery services. The terms "Tracked 24" and "Tracked 48" refer to the service purchased and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that an order will be delivered the next day or within 48 hours.
As a small independent business, every Love My Libre armband is individually made to order before dispatch. Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible using the delivery service selected at checkout.
Where an order has been dispatched using the delivery service selected at checkout, delays caused by Royal Mail, including those arising from severe weather, industrial action or disruption to Royal Mail's network, do not qualify for compensation or a refund of the delivery charge.
If Love My Libre dispatches an order using a different delivery service from that selected at checkout, we will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate remedy where applicable. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Delivery to EU countries is £11.00 and we use Royal Mail International Tracked Service. Tracking information will be forwarded to you when an order is despatched.
Selling prices to the EU do NOT include taxes and these are the responsibility of the customer at all times. We do not take any responsibility for non-delivery of goods due to taxes not being paid in full by the customer. We do not refund any order for non-delivery where taxes have not been paid by the customer.
We reserve the right to cancel your order or change the means of shipping if we determine that circumstances necessitate such action.
USA orders:
Delivery to USA destinations is £14.00 using Tracked International Service from Royal Mail.
This incudes import tariff duties as of 29 August 2025.
Other worldwide destinations:
Delivery to international destinations - Australia, Canada & New Zealand is £11.00 Tracked International Service from Royal Mail.
Please contact us if you would like to arrange delivery to a country outside of our normal delivery area.
Full address details must be provided at the time of order. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
Delivery to other countries is available although we reserve the right to reject orders for delivery to a country where there may be issues with the postal system, at our sole discretion.
