Note: the following are generally for persons resident in the UK.
The NHS in England offers some psychological support through Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) services.
The services are:
- talking therapies, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), counselling, other therapies, and guided self-help.
- help for common mental health problems, like anxiety and depression.
You can refer yourself or do this through a GP. Find out more here.
