Sana Biotechnology announce a significant step in the use of islet cells for T1D treatment.
Sana Biotechnology have announced that their Hypoimmune (HIP) Technology has successfully enabled transplanted islet cells to avoid immune rejection and produce Insulin without Immunosuppression.
